I understand that it can be difficult to take the first step and approach a counsellor. Rest assured that I will do everything possible to put you at ease.

I offer a free 30 minute online session so you can meet me and get a feel for how I work. Once we have arranged a time, I will send you a zoom link or call you via FaceTime. I will wear headphones for our session so you can rest assured you will not be overheard.
If you decide you would like a full session we can arrange a time to meet either face to face in my counselling rooms. Alternatively we can arrange a time to have a session online. You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and determine what you hope to achieve from our counselling time together. It is a chance to decide if I am the right counsellor for you. The initial assessment places you under no obligation to commit to any further sessions however, further sessions will be offered if appropriate.
Fees
Your first 20/30 minute phone or video consultation will be free of charge
Individual 50 minute sessions starting from £70
EMDR sessions start at £100 and will be longer than an individual session. Please allow 1.5hrs

I offer long and short-term counselling depending on your needs
I require at least 48 hours notice in the event that you have to cancel your appointment in order to avoid the full session charge
I take most major health insurance programs including BUPA, AXA, Aviva, Vitality WPA and Allianz.
