What happens next?

I offer a free 30 minute online session so you can meet me and get a feel for how I work.  Once we have arranged a time, I will send you a zoom link or call you via FaceTime.  I will wear headphones for our session so you can rest assured you will not be overheard.   

 

If you decide you would like a full session we can arrange a time to meet either face to face in my counselling rooms.  Alternatively we can arrange a time to have a session online.

 

You will have the opportunity to ask any questions and determine what you hope to achieve from our counselling time together. It is a chance to decide if I am the right counsellor for you. The initial assessment places you under no obligation to commit to any further sessions however, further sessions will be offered if appropriate.
